Today is National Grand Marnier Day! Yes, that's a thing. Grand Marnier is an orange-flavored liqueur dating back to 1880 crafted by Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle. It is made from a blend of Cognac brandy, distilled essence of bitter orange, and sugar and makes a tasty addition to cocktails and desserts.
In celebration of today I created a cocktail incorporating Grand Marnier in a refreshing way for this 90 degree evening. You need strawberries, an orange, honey, sparkling rosé and obviously Grand Marnier.
Enjoy and cheers to Saturday!
