One of my favorite classic cocktails is the Manhattan. It is pretty much straight whiskey, so if you're not a dark liquor drinker then this one is definitely not for you. I like to make my Manhattans a variety of ways with different infused whiskeys or bitters, but sometimes you just want the original recipe - no fuss. This drink will definitely take the edge off a crazy day at work or get you off to a good start on a weekend night out. So cheers to having a few of these this weekend!
