- 12 eggs hard boiled (directions in post)
- ½ cup mayo
- 2 tsp. yellow mustard
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ¼ tsp. cayenne
- ¼ tsp. chili powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- Half your hard boiled eggs and remove yolk to bowl.
- Add other ingredients and mix.
- Transfer to a sandwich bag with tip cut off and squeeze into halved eggs.
- Top with paprika.
