Thyme for Carrots

Ingredients
  • ½ - 1 lb carrots, peeled and trimmed
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 4-6 sprigs of thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Spray baking sheet with nonstick.
  3. Drizzle carrots with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Lay thyme over top.
  6. Roast for 30 minutes.
