Ginger-Cucumber Martini

- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.5 oz ginger-infused simple syrup
- fresh ginger slices
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves
- 4-5 cucumber slices
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- club soda
- Add gin, simple syrup, ginger, lemon juice, mint and cucumber to a shaker.
- Muddle well.
- Add ice and shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a glass.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a slapped mint leaf.
