Ginger-Cucumber Martini

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz ginger-infused simple syrup
  • fresh ginger slices
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  • 4-5 cucumber slices
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • club soda
Instructions
  1. Add gin, simple syrup, ginger, lemon juice, mint and cucumber to a shaker.
  2. Muddle well.
  3. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds.
  4. Strain into a glass.
  5. Top with club soda.
  6. Garnish with a slapped mint leaf.
