How's everyone's 4th of July weekends going so far?! I don't know about you guys but three day weekends just feel 10 times longer. Today I thought I'd share with you my famous Pasta Salad recipe. I love making this for cookouts, because it makes so much food. And its freaking delicious.
For my Pasta Salad I combine tri-color rotini, farfalle or "bow-tie" pasta, peppers, celery, cheddar cheese, fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, and salame with Italian dressing.
Dice your peppers, celery, cheeses, pepperoni, and salame and mix together with your cooked pasta. Then toss with dressing. Use your favorite Italian dressing - homemade or store bought. This time I used a Good Seasons Italian mix.
Just look at all those delicious colorful ingredients! Yummmm
Try it out this weekend! Happy Independence Day!!!!!
