Here's to hoping you all had a great 4th of July even though things were definitely different this year! We're keeping the celebration going today with a little Sunday Funday action on our back patio. I am fortunate to also have tomorrow off work (it's our "flex holiday" for the year) making this a nice four-day weekend. So why not experiment with some cocktails?! I threw this easy one together on a whim and am calling it the Strawberry Stunner, because it's gorgeous and, well, it has strawberries! The mint and Perrier I topped it with also make it extremely refreshing which is just what you need on days this hot! I used vodka here but gin would work great as well! Cheers!
